Not happy with your Okko? You have 30 days from delivery to return it, no questions asked.

How to return

1. Write to us through the contact page with your order number.
2. We'll reply with the return instructions within 1–2 business days.
3. Send the item back unused, in its original packaging.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of receiving the item, using the same payment method you paid with.

Faulty product

For 2 years, if your microscope stops working because of a defect, we'll replace it with a new one or refund you.
